OUR INTERNET RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Ziabird purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full refund or for a merchandise exchange or store credit. If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested (info@Ziabird.com) within 10 days of receiving your order. All items must be packaged and returned in the condition received. All shipping costs will be borne by Ziabird.

SHIPPING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

Ziabird pays for the shipping both ways within the United States. Packages are shipped with UPS.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm EST will be processed that day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipped to locations in North Carolina.
